Astrologié Beauty’s Newest Collection is What Dreams Are Made Of
Wakey wakey! We’re back with another stunning polish collection from Astrologié Beauty! I know I’m not alone when I say that I have been yearning for Summer 2021 for the longest time. And something tells me that it’s going to be a lot more enjoyable than Summer 2020. So this dreamy 4-piece collection is right in time to perk up your mani for some much-needed fun in the sun. From holo to jelly, from metallic to thermal, Astrologié Beauty’s latest collection has something for every one of your hot girl summer moods.
The Collection
PILLOW TALK
To kick us off right, we’ve got this sweet pink linear holographic polish, Pillow Talk. What I love about this polish is that it possesses none of the challenges I commonly experience with linear holos on the market: It’s easy to apply with no silver streaking, and the color looks stunning whether you’re in the sun or shade. The rainbow glimmer on that bottle says it all. Perfect for your next romantic summertime getaway.
DAYDREAMER
This next polish may be called Daydreamer, but it will surely make you stand at attention with its metallic sheen. With just a hint of holographic glitter, this formula gives off a wonderfully subtle rosey glow. I recommend 2-3 light coats with ample drying time in between. When it comes to metallic polishes, if you’re like me and you suffer from deep nail ridges I recommend a smoothening base coat underneath for a perfect dome effect.
WATERMELON SUGAR
Next up, we have Watermelon Sugar. Aptly named after Harry Styles’ 2020 summertime jam, this lush jelly polish is here just in time for summer 2021! This polish possesses pinkish-red hue resembling its titular fruit, gold flakies and holographic glitter. Watermelon Sugar makes for the perfect poolside manicure or pedicure while you sip an equally vibrant cocktail. And it just so happens to be my personal favorite from the collection!
Bubble Bath
Next up is this gorgeous thermal creme that turns light baby pink when warm, and true pink when cool; Making it perfect for both an afternoon out in the sun, and a relaxing evening soak in the tub. I love the Barbie pink cool-tone hue to this one and its lovely ombre effect when your hands are warm in a cool environment. When it comes to this creme, I recommend 2-3 light coats with ample drying time in between. This gave me a perfectly smooth finish. Check out all of the color possibilities below!
